We’ve had a great experience using Edwards for my elderly dad, who lives independently but can no longer drive. From scheduling rides to answering our many questions, everyone at Edwards has been great to work with. We are scheduling multiple, recurring rides each week so our dad doesn’t feel housebound, and we haven’t experienced any problems at all. Edwards is a much better fit for our dad’s needs than any of the “traditional” rideshare apps. What we expected would be a painful and difficult transition for our dad has turned out to be relatively easy and we are so grateful!
