The driver remembered me. He was on time and held the door open for me. (Thoughtful). It was snowing but I felt safe with his driving skills. We arrived on time. He was waiting for me to return me home and helped me into the entry way.

This was my first non-emergency medical ride. I was impressed with the organization of this company. I received a comprehensive confirmation of my ride to check for accuracy. Then I got a follow-up email with the name of the driver, type of vehicle, and license plate number. The driver arrived promptly held the door while I got in the car. He was a gentleman making me feel safe and comfortable.

The drivers were so caring and professional and on-time and very concerned about every detail in the quality and comfort of the rides and the service. They are very careful and talented drivers, but more importantly they are caring individuals who truly care about their client and their needs.

We’ve had a great experience using Edwards for my elderly dad, who lives independently but can no longer drive. From scheduling rides to answering our many questions, everyone at Edwards has been great to work with. We are scheduling multiple, recurring rides each week so our dad doesn’t feel housebound, and we haven’t experienced any problems at all. Edwards is a much better fit for our dad’s needs than any of the “traditional” rideshare apps. What we expected would be a painful and difficult transition for our dad has turned out to be relatively easy and we are so grateful!

Very good experience in all respects. The driver was friendly but not overdoing it. It was a 2-way ride with him waiting for me on the return. All went well and I appreciated having him wait for me.

As always, on time (early actually), friendly and efficient driver, safe driving, and LOVE the special safety measures…air filter, barrier between front and back seats, and disinfecting between rides. My only rideshare while I’m immunocompromised due to medications.

I cannot begin to share with the public how wonderful this service has been. I am no longer dependent on family & friends to get me to my medical appointments, which I had always felt was such an imposition.

My father is 86-years-old and suffers from early stages of Dementia and I needed someone that could give him a little extra attention when dropping him off and picking him up from blood infusion appointments.

I have ridden in many cabs and car services when traveling and have never had the level of care and concern that Mike and Kevin displayed.

Easy to schedule online and prompt communication once scheduled. And the HEPA filter keeps everyone virus free.

The drivers are so polite; at times I’ve needed help in icy/slippery situations and they are always there to help. Cars are sturdy and very clean which I appreciate! And have a HEPA filter and plastic barrier: all drivers wear masks so I feel completely safe.

I’m not certain that you and your team fully appreciate the difference you’ve made in my life.

I appreciate the availability of this transportation since cabs are very hard to book anymore and I don’t do the app-based ride services.
