Driver was pleasant, helpful, arrived promptly, knew the route well, was very flexible and able to pick me up 45 minutes early on my return trip. The service was first class!

The drivers are so polite; at times I’ve needed help in icy/slippery situations and they are always there to help. Cars are sturdy and very clean which I appreciate! And have a HEPA filter and plastic barrier: all drivers wear masks so I feel completely safe.

I will use Edwards RideCare again and recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Very good experience in all respects. The driver was friendly but not overdoing it. It was a 2-way ride with him waiting for me on the return. All went well and I appreciated having him wait for me.

My father is 86-years-old and suffers from early stages of Dementia and I needed someone that could give him a little extra attention when dropping him off and picking him up from blood infusion appointments.

My first ride with Edwards was a good experience. My driver gave me the help I needed getting in and out of the vehicle and I appreciated him getting me to the door of the building. I will call again when I need a ride.
